Role Overview

The Senior Learning Experience Designer is a strategic leader who will spearhead the development of impactful learning experiences. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and evaluate learning initiatives that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, align priorities, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct thorough Learning Needs Analysis, gathering data through collaboration with project members and other departments.
  • Determine required skills and competency levels for learners/participants.
  • Define and design effective strategies for addressing learning gaps.
  • Evaluate content developed by the team to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Other Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide instructional design services to key functions, including Implementations, Project Management, Client Services, Consultancy, and product-specific training for new campaign/LOB launches.
  • Analyze learning needs; conduct audience, context, content, and performance analyses.
  • Develop targeted training objectives and performance targets.
