Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent instructional design skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Development: Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our team members, including onboarding, product knowledge, and soft skills training.
  • Curriculum Management: Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including online courses, presentations, and handouts.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions to team members in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • Evaluation and Feedback: Assess participant learning and provide constructive feedback to improve future training programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Instructional Design: Strong experience in designing and delivering training programs, including curriculum development and assessment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in training management systems, adult learning principles, and instructional design methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
