Senior Instructional Design Specialist

A Senior Learning Experience Designer with Tech Experience is responsible for providing thought leadership in the application of instructional design strategies and methodologies, particularly focusing on scoping, analysis, design, and evaluation.
Key responsibilities include collaborating effectively across functional teams to identify learning needs and ensure alignment around key priorities and initiatives, keeping track and reporting learning initiative results up to 90 days after implementation, conducting robust learning needs analyses, determining required skills and competency levels for learners/participants, defining and designing the most effective strategy for the learning need, identifying training objectives and performance targets, defining the evaluation strategy of the learning program, evaluating content developed by the team, reviewing analysis and design documents to ensure the objectives target learning needs, evaluating the effectiveness of learning materials developed from an instructional design standpoint, reviewing evaluation strategies to ensure they cover all learning objectives, post-implementation gathering relevant data to evaluate effectiveness using Kirkpatrick's model, creating, tracking, and maintaining project plans, managing projects by working closely with SMEs and project team members, effectively communicating progress and risks, and leading small projects by initiating meetings, communicating risks, and following up on deadlines.
