Key Responsibilities:
  • Main contact for assigned clients via various platforms including Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, and email.
  • Handle sensitive feedback and high-value interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Resolve service issues directly when possible; escalate critical concerns with full context.
  • Adapt tone and language to match client personalities while maintaining brand voice.
  • Document all client interactions in relevant systems.
  • Track onboarding progress, status reports, and contract communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs promptly.
  • Uphold a prompt response time during working hours.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with standard operating procedures and client strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role (chat, phone, email).
  • Proven track record of handling VIP or high-profile clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage demanding personalities and de-escalate tense situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with flexible work arrangements.
  • Tech-savvy familiar with relevant software tools.
