Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide accurate and efficient property valuation services to support credit evaluation and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate appraisal principles, guidelines, and regulations. They will be responsible for determining the acceptability of collateral, estimating market values, and conducting title verification reports.

In addition, they will need to receive and examine submitted documents, coordinate with clients for field inspections, and prepare lot plotting based on technical descriptions.

Ocular inspections will also be conducted to verify property measurements and locations, and tax mapping will be verified from the assessor's office.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in property appraisal, preferably in all types of properties
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
