Homecoming Customer Support Associate

Customer Service Representatives are needed to provide exceptional service to our clients. They will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing support.
- Clarify customer requirements and provide resolution to the issue.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
- Prepare accurate work including documentation as required.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Offer additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Track and document information in a call tracking system.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience, be courteous with a strong customer service orientation, possess strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally, and demonstrate dependability with a strong attention to detail.
They will also be skilled in multi-tasking, flexible, and able to adapt to changes quickly, tolerant of repetitive work in a fast-paced environment, and able to work as a team member and independently.
