Job Description

The Learning Support Associate plays a pivotal role in the success of educational initiatives by coordinating instructors, monitoring student progress, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This position demands strong English communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with students and their families.

The Learning Support Associate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating instructor schedules and tracking student progress.
  • Providing quality customer service to students and their families.
  • Supporting regional operations effectively.
  • Managing class schedules to ensure optimal staffing.
  • Leading virtual tutoring sessions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student academic progress.
  • E nsuring the successful execution of programs and initiatives.
