We are seeking a highly skilled Bahasa Customer Care Process Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • At least 3 years of international contact center experience.

  • Stellar customer service skills and ability to de-escalate customer frustration.
  • Superior problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and objectively.
