- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Previous call center experience, preferably in a sales-oriented role
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute, ensuring efficient data entry and communication
- A high-speed internet connection, enabling seamless remote work
