Online Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive business growth.

  • Lead planning and execution of KOL campaigns across digital platforms, building strong relationships with mid to large-tier KOLs and influencers.
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies that drive engagement, brand affinity, and conversions, overseeing the creation of short-form video, livestream content, and product-led storytelling tailored for TikTok and Shopee audiences.
  • Drive organic and paid digital campaigns tailored for TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and IG Shops, tracking campaign performance and iterating strategies based on real-time analytics.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of relevant marketing experience, with prior work in the skincare or beauty industry being a strong plus.
  • Proven experience in KOL/influencer marketing with visible campaign outcomes.
  • Strong skills in content strategy and development, particularly for short-form video and livestream formats.
  • A deep understanding of online marketing platforms including TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and Instagram Shop.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
