Operations Optimization Specialist

This role is responsible for streamlining operations across Sales and Marketing teams, enabling customer-facing teams with systems, data, and processes to drive lead generation, sales conversions, customer retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. A solid understanding of marketing automation and salesforce administration is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze and optimize Salesforce setup and configuration for both Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Manage and maintain the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of all tools.
  • Serve as the primary administrator and expert for Salesforce and Hubspot, developing strategies to maximize capabilities in alignment with revenue goals.
  • Design, implement, and manage automated workflows in Hubspot and Salesforce to streamline marketing processes, improve lead nurturing, and increase efficiency.
  • Manage email marketing automation efforts within Hubspot, optimizing campaigns for improved engagement and conversion rates.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to continuously refine sales journey operations, building scalable processes that support company growth and improve team efficiency.
  • Owning all Sales and Marketing data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across systems.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate lead forecasting models to predict future lead generation and revenue performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Finance, or another related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations role with a focus on Salesforce administration and marketing automation.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Deep expertise in Hubspot marketing automation platform.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Sales and Marketing technology stacks.
