About the Role

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure that customer expectations are met, and their satisfaction is consistently high.
  • Maintain close relationships with vendors to resolve issues efficiently and enhance service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, drive innovation, and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them to grow professionally and reach their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Leader, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Azure/Multi-Cloud or Low Code platform technologies, with a strong understanding of how they can be leveraged to drive business value.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
