Customer Success Role

Job Description:

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will deliver timely and professional support to customers across various communication channels. Your goal is to provide assistance and resolution for common concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
  • Provide assistance and resolution for common Marketplace concerns, including booking issues, refunds, and general service questions.
  • Review and process pet sitter applications, ensuring all profile details and verification requirements are complete.
  • Perform booking modifications, including changes to dates, services, or pricing as requested by customers.
  • Escalate high-priority or sensitive issues to senior agents or managers when necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role handling phone, email, and chat.
  • Ideal experience working in a startup company with knowledge of the Australian market.
  • Experience working from home permanently.
