Product Development Lead

This is a high-level position responsible for the overall development and management of products/services/facilities/solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, project management, and software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements product development strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Liaises with stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed according to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Conducts business analysis to review end-to-end processes, methods, and business requirements during planning stage of the project.
  • Documents developed/delivered products, services, and facilities by understanding the regulatory, quality control, security, and risk frameworks of the organization.
  • Leads and assists in the conduct of User Acceptance Testing to ensure that projects/solutions are delivered according to scope of business requirements and timeframe.

About this role:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, or any related course, with 3-10 years of relevant experience in product development. The candidate should also have knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Product Development Process, and Project Management Process.
