Job-Description:

Responsible for driving brand strategies, customer engagement, and business growth while ensuring cross-functional alignment within the OPU.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement brand strategies to deliver on sales, market share, and profitability objectives.
  • Support business planning, forecasting, and operational execution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in ensuring product launch readiness.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Sales, and Marketing to drive seamless implementation.
  • Track performance, budgets, and market dynamics, providing actionable insights.
  • Enhance customer engagement through medical initiatives, campaigns, and digital channels.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Experienced in pharmaceutical marketing and sales, with specialization in Cardiovascular products.
  • Demonstrated success in brand management and market growth.
  • Skilled in communication and relationship-building with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in planning, organization, and problem-solving.
  • Strategic, business-oriented mindset with a focus on driving results.
