Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

This role involves screening resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews, managing candidate communication and email correspondence, keeping recruitment records updated in our databases, coordinating with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs, and contributing to SOPs, training resources, and team communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screening and evaluating candidate applications
  • Managing candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
  • Coordinating with management and support teams
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
Technical Requirements
  • A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent)
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace
