Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for managing client accounts? We are seeking an experienced Dynamic Account Coordinator to support our team in overseeing day-to-day, weekly, monthly and quarterly client account operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, timelines and updates for clients and internal teams, coordinating with clients, creatives and marketing teams to ensure deliverables are met, conducting market research on consumer trends, competitors and industry developments, assisting in developing and implementing brand strategies, and supporting social media management and other marketing channels.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present regular reporting and analytics to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective account plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in account management.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual with:

  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, marketing or a related role (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A basic understanding of brand strategy, marketing and social media management.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
