Collections Representative Role Overview

As a collections professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and complaints via phone.

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their queries.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
  • Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of international call center experience required (voice/phones) – collections experience in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite at Estancia, Pasig City.
  • Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone.
