Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

· Develop and implement effective collection strategies and processes in line with the company's financial goals.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

· Handle escalated collection cases and negotiate payment arrangements with challenging customers.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

· Ensure the team adheres to company policies and relevant regulations in all collection activities.

Training and Development:

· Provide training and support to team members to enhance their collection skills and knowledge.

Process Improvement:

· Identify areas for improvement in the collection process and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration:

· Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, customer service, and legal, to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience.

Reporting and Documentation:

· Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and provide regular reports on team performance to management.

· Management of stages of collection status

· Monitors and reviews aging status and balances of clients

· Updating of borrowers contact information and address

· Preparation of Demand Letters

· Monitoring of field workers

Qualifications:

· Preferably with three (3) years of work experience in any financing or banking industry.

· Willing to undergo job training

· Willing to do field works
