Responsibilities
  • Validation of withholding Tax certificate received against payment
  • Ensure compliance of WHT certificate based on BIR regulation/ requirements
  • Monitoring of timely submission and recording of WHT
  • Closely coordination with the collection team on the uncollected CWT certificate
  • Coordination with IMS Team in the Cash App process (until 5pm IST)
  • Daily Collection Report
  • Validation of Payment breakdown
  • Monitoring of Unapplied Receipts and Coordination with Collection officer
  • Attending queries from Collection on the correction of Payment Application
  • Monitoring of Credit Notes
  • Reconciliation of DCR vs Book for receipts and CWTs
  • Updating of CWT Listings and reports
  • AR Aging Report
  • Revenue and AR analysis
  • Assist in BIR SAWT Submission for CWT
  • Monitoring of Hard Copies- AR/CWT
  • Ensure compliance of quarterly audit requirement document submission
Qualifications
  • Preferably Accounting Graduate
  • 3 to 5 years experience in Accounting reporting, Tax Exposure/Filing/Audit
