Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned real estate professional to oversee the sales process, from lead generation to contract execution. This key role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties while ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales transactions: Crafting offers, working with MLS systems, and facilitating property exchanges
  • Marketing: Utilizing digital platforms, including constant contact and Canva
  • Transaction management: Leveraging Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis
  • CRM review and data entry
  • Identifying and generating leads through networking, referrals, and strategic marketing initiatives
  • Assisting clients in purchasing, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties
  • Conducting property tours, market analyses, and client consultations
  • Negotiating offers, drafting contracts, and overseeing the closing process
  • Ensuring compliance with real estate laws, contracts, and transaction procedures
Requirements:
  • A valid real estate license (Broker or Agent)
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and transaction management
  • Experience in SALE/TRANSACTIONS
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, contracts, and regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple transactions and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in MLS, CRM software, transaction management platforms, and social media marketing
