We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Bookkeeper to join our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and meet deadlines, and strong communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records by processing invoices and payments in a timely manner and reconciling accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting to ensure the organization's financial stability.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
