- Daily receipting, monthly bank reconciliation and bank account administration are essential tasks.

- Monthly cashflow forecast and management necessitates attention to detail.
- Year-end financial checks and accrual journals require accuracy.
- Financial year budget preparation calls for strong numerical skills.
- Issue contribution levies to owners in a timely manner.
- Organize audits and liaise with external auditors on audit queries effectively.
- On/Off boarding new/lost business requires effective time management.
- Quarterly BAS preparation and review must be completed accurately.
- Yearly Tax preparation and review necessitates knowledge of taxation laws.
- Management Agreement processing (update systems and process fee corrections) is an important responsibility.
- Review bot exception reports and complete tasks manually efficiently.
- Coordinate Body Corporate loans and its management in a professional manner.
- Provide explanations or relevant information to various parties.
- Attend finance meetings with external clients if required.
- Miscellaneous on-charging to owners (gas, water, electricity, car park, etc) must be processed correctly.
- Process payroll and superannuation for a building manager employed by OC efficiently.
- Ad hoc bank deposit recall and dishonoured payment investigation must be handled promptly.
- A degree qualification in accounting or similar discipline.
- At least 4 years or more accounting experience.
- Budget preparation experience.
- Financial statement understanding (profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow).
- Experience reviewing financial statements and communicating the results to interested parties.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Knowledge and previous experience in Income Tax and BAS (Desirable).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Data Accuracy.
- High attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to Multitask.
- Self-Motivated and able to take initiative.
