Iron Bow Technologies is a next-generation solutions provider delivering mission success across various industries. We're seeking an experienced Channel Growth Specialist to manage and grow our assigned partners, driving sales expansion and revenue growth.

About the Role

You'll work alongside our engineering, chief technology office, chief strategy office, sales, and marketing teams to develop and lead partner strategy that aligns with our core capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead partner strategy that benefits all parties.
  • Drive adoption of go-to-market partner strategy within our sales teams.
  • Work as a liaison between partners and Iron Bow to understand customer needs and desired business outcomes.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and segments.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in the IT Channel, preferably OEM, VAR, SI, or distribution.
  • Proven ability to drive sales strategies and impact revenue.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with success in executing a marketing plan for partnerships.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
