Optimize Operations

Support the efficient execution of last-mile logistics by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic planning to enhance driver performance, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for drivers across targeted regions to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze trends in driver supply and demand to inform operations planning and support business growth.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast driver costs and resource allocation needs.
  • Design incentive structures and bonus programs to motivate drivers and promote positive behaviors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements and drive business outcomes.
  • Prepare regular reports and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, finance, analytics, or engineering.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and navigate fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • 1-3 years of experience in analysis or operations is preferred.
