Your Key Responsibilities:
- To develop strategic, strengthen, and own relationships at all levels of MRO Customers in the Raw Materials Sector.
- Understand customer business, organization, and operation, and coordinate internally and with partners to deliver value, products, and services.
- Continuous learning and developing knowledge of the assigned sector through training, self-studies, and others.
- Coordinate and plan well together with partners and Schaeffler team to ensure delivery of good and relevant values such as Parts availability, Field Services, Technical Advisory for customers.
- Report timely marketing information and competitor's information to manager.
- To provide accurate Sales forecast and plan for budget.
- To achieve annual Schaeffler sales target.
- To cooperate with concerned departments for solving the problems both internal and external parties.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- With at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Industrial sales management.
- Strong skills in Sales, Project Management, Customer-oriented mindset with proven sales record.
- Analytical skills, systematic thinking, and well-organized in problem-solving.
- Result-oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command and communication in English.
