
Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Tele Caller to drive lead generation and appointment scheduling for our cybersecurity product.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Lead Generation: Conduct outbound tele calling to generate qualified leads for cybersecurity solutions.
- Schedule Product Demos: Arrange product demos with decision-makers and prospects to introduce the cybersecurity product.
- Promote Cybersecurity Value Proposition: Engage with potential customers through effective tele calling conversations to promote the cybersecurity product's value proposition.
- Demo Coordination & Follow-Up: Coordinate demo schedules and consistently follow up with prospects to convert them into long-term customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce to track outreach activities, manage leads, and update pipeline statuses.
- Outreach Optimization: Continuously refine tele calling scripts and outreach strategies to maximize lead conversion rates.
- 4+ Years of Experience: At least 4 years of experience in outbound tele calling or lead generation within IT or tech industries.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Basic understanding of cybersecurity products, solutions, and trends is beneficial.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRMs such as Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Verbal Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with US-based prospects over the phone.
- Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet or exceed targets in a high-volume tele calling environment.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using sales tools and technology to enhance productivity and performance.
