Enterprise Hubspot Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the migration of a complex SaaS marketing website to Hubspot CMS.

This is a project-based role with potential to extend into additional work across other Hubspot Hubs, including Marketing, Sales, and Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Migrate the entire marketing website (approximately 15 pages) to Hubspot CMS, ensuring clean code, responsive design, and optimized performance.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are followed during migration, including meta tags, alt text, structured data optimization, on-page content formatting, and keyword preservation.
  • Set up SEO tools and integrations within Hubspot CMS, such as Google Search Console, analytics, and SEO recommendations.
  • Monitor post-migration SEO performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Rebuild existing site architecture, content, and forms within Hubspot while improving UX/UI where necessary.
  • Set up key Hubspot tools across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to align with company goals.
  • Lead the migration from Freshdesk to Hubspot Service Hub, ensuring proper configuration of ticket pipelines, automation, knowledge base, and live chat.
  • Integrate CRM features and automation across the platform, ensuring smooth data flow and usability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience migrating websites to Hubspot CMS.
  • Strong understanding of Hubspot's Marketing, Sales, and especially Service Hub Pro tools.
  • Familiarity with support migrations from Freshdesk or similar platforms.
  • Competency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, HubL) and UX best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate requirements into actionable results.
