We are seeking a Building Data Research Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for transforming U.S. property addresses into visually impressive brochures with location details, technical specs, and estimated energy savings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently gather relevant public information using online tools like Google and Google Maps.
  • Use internal criteria to generate accurate energy savings estimates based on a clear step-by-step process.
  • Design and produce clean, professional brochures that include building specs, property visuals, energy savings summaries, and key technical and geographic information.
  • Interpret blueprints, takeoffs, and technical drawings to extract essential data when available.
  • Collaborate independently to ensure consistent output meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in brochure design, property research, construction documentation, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or other brochure/layout tools.
  • Strong online research skills using public records, mapping tools, and property databases.
  • Working knowledge of reading blueprints and construction documents (or willingness to learn).
  • Eye for design, layout consistency, and detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setup.
