Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Director to lead our Data research team. As a senior director, you will drive the creation and delivery of high-value content, communicate it to clients, and support sales in new business development and client retention.

About You
  • A lifelong learner with excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience in presenting to clients at events and conferences, performing workshops and briefings
  • Strong writing skills and ability to distill large volumes of data into key findings
  • Expertise in Data & Analytics Governance, including organizational structures, roles and responsibilities, maturity levels
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client demand for Gartner's research through thought leadership
  • Create and deliver high value presentations and other materials
  • Answer client questions through 400-500 client interactions each year
  • Assist the Sales organization in selling and retention on topics covered by your team

This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations. A strong understanding of data-driven decision-making is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating complex information to various stakeholders.
