About the Role
This role is responsible for supporting the estimating team by managing bid documents, organizing proposal submissions, and coordinating deadlines.
- Lead the coordination and preparation of bid packages and proposals for various construction projects.
- Ensure that all RFP's are submitted internally in a timely manner and in compliance with the requirements set out in the request for proposal (RFP) documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all bid documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and other related documents.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the submission guidelines.
- Work closely with the project manager, estimators and other team members to gather necessary information, to facilitate the preparation of comprehensive bids.
- Independently manage the workload calendar of your assigned region.
- Meet workload demand and goals.
- Track customer contacts and bidding for the estimator to send bids to.
