Job Title: Document Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Document Coordinator to support the management and submission of all Contract Data Requirements List deliverables.
This role is responsible for tracking documents, ensuring version control, and maintaining compliance with contract and quality standards.
This position involves working on a nationwide project, requiring travel and assignment at various project sites across the country.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and track all CDRL deliverables and project documents throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure proper formatting, version control, and timely submission of all documentation
- Coordinate internal reviews and approvals to verify accuracy and completeness of documents
- Maintain updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records
- Archive and organize documents in accordance with contract and ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Support audits and reviews by preparing and retrieving required documentation
- Monitor submission schedules and follow up with teams to meet deadlines
- Communicate document requirements and changes across departments
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts
- Familiarity with CDRL processes, formatting, and submission standards
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 document control practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document tracking tools
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
