Job Description
eCommerce Content Coordinator Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and monitoring creative and user experience requests to ensure a cohesive customer journey online.

Additionally, you will manage the creative development process for eCommerce content, including developing creative briefs, ensuring creative meets brand standards and eCommerce requirements, attending reviews with key stakeholders, and liaising with Creative Project Management to track requests and align on timing.

Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with Digital Marketing to support campaign efforts and participate in content planning and strategy sessions.

By leveraging insights to inform content strategy along the path to purchase and user journey, you will help drive business growth and improve user engagement.

Responsibilities include conducting monthly content audits to identify opportunities to update or optimize existing content, performing post-production management, uploading, scheduling, tagging, labeling, metadata, optimizing for different channels, localization/translation, image sizing, and governance.

You will also identify gaps in current content process and augment or change as necessary with our Content Development, IT, and Content Management partners.

Furthermore, you will perform competitive and eCommerce research and pull web analytics to identify best practices and trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage creative development process for eCommerce content (50% of time)
  • Perform post-production management, uploading, scheduling, tagging, labeling, metadata, optimizing for different channels, localization/translation, image sizing, and governance (20% of time)
  • Plan and maintain product and promo uploads for key launches (e.g., new collections, tentpole events). Build landing pages for campaigns. (20% of time)
  • Pull Google Analytics metrics to identify gaps and trends to optimize site content. Conduct site audits. (20% of time)
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field
  • Work Experience: 1+ years in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Computer Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency with common software and applications relevant to this position
