Job Description

As a remote accounting professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely payments and accurate records. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to effectively interact with vendors and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming information from clients and manage credit applications through relevant channels.
  • Initiate and process prepayments for sales orders.
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts to resolve customer issues.
  • Apply received payments to the correct accounts.
  • Verify and resolve discrepancies by obtaining necessary information from customer care and customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an office or accounting environment with a focus on accounts payable and/or accounts receivable.
  • Strong data entry skills and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
