Job Description

Educational Support Specialists are integral to the success of our organization by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with instructors to ensure effective support for students.
  • Monitor and track student progress to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and their families.
  • Work closely with regional operations to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education.

They must be able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.

  • Effective communications both in virtual environments.
  • Proficient in using all communication media including in person, phone, and video.

  • Able to acquire new skills as required.
  • Ability to engage, manage and grow virtual relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to manage remote teachers.

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
