Role Overview

A leading global consulting organization seeks a Director to lead their Project Assistants team. The successful candidate will oversee the growth and development of this team, ensuring they deliver high-quality project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Project Assistants team in delivering exceptional results, meeting business demands and driving growth in capabilities and capacity.
  • Develop and implement workforce plans to build the team's capability and capacity, working closely with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning Development teams to ensure business needs are met in advance.

Leadership Qualities

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a global mindset. They will be able to foster a culture of health and safety awareness within the team and manage change effectively, aligned to the company's strategic direction.


Key Performance Metrics
  • Compliance to processes, turn-around times, accuracy and quality of work delivered by the team.
  • Delivery of key operational metrics such as hourly and cost billability, overtime and other relevant metrics associated with the team.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Familiarity with organizational processes and supportive tooling.
  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to build effective relationships across multiple functions.
  • Global Mindset, preferably with experience of working in multiple locations and diverse teams.
  • Ability to drive quality and timeliness of team deliverables.
