Project Manager Opportunity

Job Description:

The successful candidate will partner with leadership to support business initiatives and change management needs. This role offers the opportunity to leverage exceptional problem-solving, data fluency, and interpersonal skills to gather critical information and present it clearly.

Responsibilities include partnering with leadership on a broad range of projects and initiatives, contributing to the implementation of project management best practices, working closely with senior leadership on capacity/utilization reviews, analyzing data and offering actionable insights, and developing effective periodic business update materials.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in successful business management and/or project management.
  • Ability to thoroughly understand business systems data and relate it effectively to operations and strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of translating findings into meaningful business insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of operating independently and prioritizing effectively.
