Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our eProcurement System for customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth deployment, training, and delivery of the system's project components.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Definition
    • Collaborate with buyers to translate their procurement policies into system specifications.
    • Provide advisory support on the capabilities and limitations of the eProcurement system.
    • Obtain confirmation from buyers on the system specification document.
    • Translate the system specification onto the eProcurement platform.
  2. System Testing and Launch
    • Test the system configuration to ensure readiness for rollout.
    • Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs.
    • Update the eProcurement system for launch.
  3. Post-Implementation Review
    • Monitor system implementation progress.
    • Perform handover to customer support operations team.
    • Implement updates as required by buyers.
    • Conduct post-implementation review with buyers.
