Job Overview:

The Credit Investigator role ensures the creditworthiness of existing and prospective loan applicants through thorough verification of information and documentation checks with various private and government agencies.

The position evaluates collateral being offered to secure loans, dacion, foreclosure, or sale of bank property or acquired assets. It also ensures the accurate location of properties under appraisal and their acceptability according to existing bank policies.

Reports are delivered within acceptable standards, and appraisals are completed within the prescribed timeframe.
