Senior Treasury Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Supervisor to oversee international treasury operations, optimize liquidity management, mitigate financial risks, and enhance banking relationships across our multinational footprint.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Global Liquidity & Cash Management:
    "Lead daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.
    "Monitor global cash balances and implement strategies to improve working capital and ensure adequate liquidity."
  • Banking Relationships & International Operations:
    "Serve as primary liaison with international banking partners to optimize banking structures, reduce fees, and enhance services.
    "Conduct regular reviews of local and international bank account rationalization, optimizing account structures."
  • Foreign Exchange (FX) & Risk Management:
    "Analyze and report on FX exposures and market trends affecting the business.
    "Monitor and negotiate on FX to minimize currency exposure."
  • Treasury Policy, Controls & Compliance:
    "Maintain and enforce robust treasury policies and procedures that meet internal and international regulatory requirements.
    "Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements."
  • Reporting:
    "Prepares weekly, monthly and annual treasury-related reports">
  • Strategic Projects & Business Partnering:
    "Lead treasury transformation projects, example, automation and process improvements">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required); CPA preferably
  • At least 5 years of treasury or corporate finance experience, with at least 2 years in international operations
  • Strong hands-on experience in bank reconciliation and reconciliation management across multiple accounts and currencies
  • Solid understanding of global cash management, FX exposure, intercompany, and banking rules
