Job Description:

Partner with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to drive corporate treasury strategy and key initiatives for the corporation, including fund raising and cash management.

Assist the CFO with company capital structure, capital allocation, and debt instrument decisions.

Drive corporate-wide cash flow forecasting model and report results. Provide analysis to senior management and ensure all sites have the proper working capital requirements and any surplus cash is consolidated and invested in short-term placements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Cash Management: Oversee daily liquidity and cash disbursement management. Monitor and manage credit facilities. Forecast cash flow positions of business units and related borrowing needs for project financing and CAPEX requirements of the group. Oversee short-term cash placements and investments. Ensure that the organization adheres to company policies and procedures. Complete all cash management documentation for different departments. Prepare reports and proposals for cash management improvement, including risk control measures.
  • Loans Management: Ensure compliance to all loan covenants and reportorial requirements. Support corporate borrowing activities.
  • Banking Relations: Interface with lenders and creditors for the financing needs of the company and its subsidiaries. Maintain appropriate relations with bankers, lenders, and creditors.
