  • Licensed Architect & Engineer - Must be licensed with at least 1-5 years relevant work experience.

Tasks & responsibilities

Licensed Architect & Engineer

  • Responsible for the day-to-day implementation of project planning, design or project management activities as directed by the Principal Architect and VP-Technical in accordance with set targets and schedules.
  • Perform technical drawings, and all other related project documents prior to endorsement to the Principal Architect and VP-Technical for approval.
  • Undertake periodic observation visits to the field sites, when necessary.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
  • Refer matters of importance, issues and concerns (i.e. envisioned or on going) to the Principal Architect and VP-Technical for consultation, information decision, and approval.
  • Perform such other functions as may be relevant and/or reasonably required.
