Job Opportunity: Agile Team Facilitator

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to serve as an Agile Team Facilitator, supporting our Engineering teams in the development of high-impact software and features that deliver value to customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Fostering collaboration and team growth by facilitating effective communication among team members
  • Ensuring project progress through timely updates and information sharing with all parties
  • Providing constructive feedback to stakeholders
  • Advocating agile values, principles, and practices within the organization
  • Onboarding, training, and mentoring scrum team members
  • Organizing scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, etc.
  • Assisting Product Owners in refining, arranging, and optimizing product backlogs
  • Removing obstacles hindering team progress
  • Adjusting Agile practices to optimize software delivery
  • Coordinating with release planning and deployment activities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (strongly preferred)
