We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that power our technology platform. In this role, you'll manage project scope, resources, and timelines while driving Agile processes, facilitating team collaboration, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the development team.

You'll be responsible for defining and refining project scope, planning resource allocation, securing approvals, and ensuring proper resource availability and utilization. You'll also develop project schedules and timelines based on estimates, plan and sequence project activities, and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Additionally, you'll track project performance using Jira metrics, monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and stand-ups, and send regular progress reports to stakeholders. You'll also act as a mediator between client and team, resolve conflicts, remove blockers and distractions, and keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned on goals.
