About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Engineering Scrum Teams and support us in building high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding our teams, clearing blockers, and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster effective communication among team members and ensure everyone is on track and informed of project progress.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders and champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members, facilitating scrum ceremonies and removing roadblocks that hinder team progress.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs and tweak Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery as needed.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • A working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including agile Scrum Master Certification.
