Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RPA Automation Specialist to collaborate with our team in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions that enhance business efficiency. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid technical foundation and a passion for automation.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement RPA workflows using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather process requirements and identify automation opportunities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation scripts to ensure high system performance and reliability
  • Support process documentation and ensure alignment with SDLC methodologies
  • Assist in the integration of automation solutions with databases, APIs, and other enterprise systems
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field. They should also be proficient in MS SQL, MS Access, Oracle DB, VBA, ASP.Net, and C# programming languages. Familiarity with RPA tools and experience in the full RPA lifecycle from analysis and design to deployment are essential.

  • Proficient in software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills for effective collaboration
Preferred Qualifications

Desirable qualifications include RPA tool certification, knowledge of cloud platforms and API integrations, and experience with process mining tools or workflow engines. Prior exposure to banking or fintech processes is also advantageous.
