Our organization seeks a Licensed Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations at our stores. This role requires strong leadership skills, with responsibility for supervising pharmacy assistants and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. They will also be familiar with retail operation standards and have experience in sales and customer service functions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, recommending action plans to drive sales growth and pharmacy profitability, and ensuring consistency in execution of brand standards when dealing with customers.

You will also perform necessary functions for digitally enabled services, support your immediate head in managing ROS compliance, and sustain team engagement and performance through coaching, counseling, and motivating employees.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and Good Pharmacy Practice
  • Supervise pharmacy operations, including profitability, professional services, and regulatory compliance
  • Act as Pharmacist-In-Charge and point of contact for regulatory matters
  • Train and develop pharmacy assistants to ensure consistent and compliant pharmacy operations
  • Monitor and review sales performance, recommend action plans, and track progress to improve sales and profitability
  • Manage and monitor brand of service, handle and resolve customer feedback, and escalate complex complaints
  • Practice ethical and legal standards of the profession

To succeed in this role, you should possess analytical skills, implementation and tracking of online and offline initiatives, proposing solutions, and managing and monitoring brand of service.
