About the role

Glorious Dexa Mandaya Inc. is seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategy and development of our innovative ethical pharmaceutical products. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and overseeing the successful launch and ongoing management of our product portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales and marketing, to define product roadmaps and specifications
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
  • Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements to optimize customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform product strategy

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in product management, preferably handling pedia products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with  pharmaceutical regulations, quality control processes, and product lifecycle management
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, from ideation to commercialization
  • Degree in Pharmacy or  relevant field
