We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Engineer to provide process and technical consulting services to clients. In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, including customer engagement, user requirement definition, change management, engagement management, configuration of technical infrastructure components, business-focused testing, and training.

You will lead workshops to demonstrate the platform and application function, define client current and desired state, and propose a solution. Additionally, you will build client understanding of ServiceNow functionality and present to a high standard of quality, including customer demonstrations, story definition, testing, and supporting the wider sales and delivery functions.

  • ServiceNow Administrator and/or CIS-ITSM certifications are required.
  • Basic object-oriented programming principles are necessary.
  • Certifications in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Discovery/ITOM are desirable.
