Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and streamline electric vehicle (EV) charger installation projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tasks on schedule.
  • Act as the main liaison with utility companies and municipal permitting departments.
  • Track permits, applications, and approvals, escalating delays when necessary.
  • Prepare and review project documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables using project management software.
  • Verify installation readiness, including utility upgrades, permits, and material availability.
  • Provide technical input leveraging electrical knowledge to collaborate with engineers and inspectors.
  • Communicate project status and timelines clearly with clients.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination/management within electrical, construction, or utility sectors.
  • Strong familiarity with electrical systems and ability to interpret one-line diagrams.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
